How to permanently delete your SticQR account and all associated data
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the SticQR app on your device
- Tap your profile avatar (top-left on the home screen) or go to Settings > Account
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Type
DELETEto confirm - Re-enter your password for verification
- Tap Delete My Account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting a backup of your data before deleting your account (Settings > Data & Sync > Backup & Restore).
What Gets Deleted
- Cloud data — All your areas, SticQRs, items, and QR codes
- Photos — All item and receipt photos uploaded to cloud storage
- Support tickets — Any support requests you have submitted
- Local data — All data stored on your device
- Your account — Your authentication credentials and profile information
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access the SticQR app, you can request account deletion by email:
Include the email address associated with your SticQR account. We will process the deletion within 7 business days.
