What is SticQR?
SticQR is a mobile app that helps you organize physical stuff — at home, in offices, classrooms, shops, or warehouses — using QR code stickers. Stick a label on any box, shelf, or container, scan it with the app, and instantly see what's inside with photos, receipts, tracking info, and more.
How do the QR stickers work?
Each QR sticker has a unique code. When you scan it with the SticQR app, it opens the associated container showing all the items you've cataloged inside. You can add photos, descriptions, purchase details, and more.
Where can I get QR stickers?
Pro subscribers can download and print SticQR label packs directly from the app — each pack contains 48 unique codes as a printable PDF sheet. Physical pre-printed stickers are also coming soon.
Is SticQR free?
Yes! The Free plan gives you unlimited Areas and SticQRs, 2 items per SticQR, AI Auto-Fill (5 per day), cloud sync, tags, and favorites. Paid plans unlock more items, Smart Search, Photo Search, PDF reports, and more.
What plans are available?
Free ($0 forever), Essential ($2.99/mo — 15 items, Smart Search, Photo Search, Backup & Restore), Pro ($5.99/mo — 50 items, Nested SticQRs, PDF reports, Printable labels), and Business (Contact Us — fully customizable for commercial use). Your data is never deleted when changing plans.
What is AI Auto-Fill?
Take a photo of any item and AI fills in the name, condition, tags, estimated value, and more. It also reads receipts — extracting purchase price, date, store name, and warranty dates automatically.
What devices does SticQR support?
SticQR is currently available for Android. iOS support is coming soon.
Does SticQR work offline?
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. Cloud sync is available when you're online, but the app works fully offline.
How does cloud sync work?
When you're signed in, SticQR automatically syncs your data across all your devices. Changes made on one device appear on others within seconds. Your local device is always the source of truth.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in an encrypted local database and synced via Google Firebase with user-scoped access rules. Biometric lock is available for app access. We never access your photos or data for any purpose other than providing the app's functionality.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Essential and above can export a full backup as a JSON file (Settings > Backup & Restore). Pro and Business users can also generate PDF inventory reports for insurance, audits, or moving day.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers and your device. See detailed instructions.
Can my team or family use SticQR together?
Multi-device sync is already available — sign in on multiple devices with the same account. Shared access with separate accounts for households or teams is planned as a future Business-tier feature.
What if I lose my phone?
Your data is safe. Sign in on a new device and your data will sync automatically from the cloud. We recommend keeping regular backups as an extra precaution.
